The “hot lap”

That WAS fun!
Was amazingly awesome to race with Dad on Sunday on our Tasar. We couldn’t find a park at Georges River 16ft Sailing Club, so launched from Kogarah Bay Sailing Club and sailed around to join their race.
What was a 6 to 20 knot Nor’Wester in Kogarah Bay was an 18 to 30 knot Nor’Easter on Botany Bay (with probably a ten degree temperature difference) so we are really happy we took the time to sail around the corner.
Below is some of the action from our “hot lap”. We joined in for the last lap of the GRSC’s first race, and then did the second – in full!
