"Me" for my OBR VOR application
30 August 2016
Here is my Volvo Ocean Race production task video for my On Board Reporter application. The theme had to be “Me – by Nic Douglass”.
Unfortunately I was unsuccessful in a pretty competitive environment but I was thankful to get a personalised response 🙂
My take was that being a sailing content provider isn’t always as glamorous as it might seem 🙂 I definitely spend…
"Making waves"

It has been so nice to be at home in Milton on the South Coast of NSW for the past week.
I moved “home” from Sydney just over a year ago when I knew I wanted to spend most of the year away “adventuring” at various sailing events. I am finally unpacking!
A big thanks to the Milton Ulladulla Times for catching up with me this morning at one of “my” other Harbours… Ulladulla…

23 October 2015
SailingLog by BoatBook, the world’s first free automatic logbook, now celebrating one million recorded miles, has come on board as a “friend” and supporter of the Sailor Girl.
This will act on two levels, providing the ability to track the Sailor Girl on her adventures, while also providing financial support. Even though the App is free, anyone who downloads the App from this…
