Sunset adventures

Good evening Adventurers!
This week has been a truly hectic one, and this radio show will cover probably more adventures than I can even contemplate!
In “Sailing News in Sixty Seconds” I focussed on the top sailing stories of the week; the biggest of them being that Team Australia has withdrawn from the America’s Cup!
I delved a little deeper into why this has happened, including some commentary and a few public opinions gathered on the street. The most mysterious part of this is that nobody really knows why Team Australia made this decision, but hopefully we will find out soon enough in the coming weeks. Adventures of a Sailor Girl will keep you posted!
In other, more positive news I also caught up with my roving reporter, Nina Curtis, Olympic silver medalist on that has been happening for her, both the wins and the losses!
From behind the scenes at Sunset Media, this week I had some amazing adventures, including a picture perfect (literally!) sunset photo-shoot with Ana Andres-Arroyo Photography on Rose Bay Beach.

Last but not least, I can’t wait to be broadcasting live from the CYCA on 26 July 2014 for the start of the Sydney to Gold Coast race, including commentating the start from the water! So make sure you tune in for that one, its going to be amazing!
