Moth Worlds – Hayama Japan – Day 4

Close battles between Goodison and Greenhalgh today - Sailor Girl

Paul Goodison (20 points), Chris Rashley (22 points), Rob Greenhalgh (25 points) and Scott Babbage (30 points) could all win the Moth Worlds tomorrow with three races yet to be sailed. Greenhalgh sailed exceptionally well today to take a 1, 2, 1 with Goodison taking the other heat win. It’s all on for tomorrow, with Greenhalgh on point in the lighter weather, but also the one sailor in the top four with two major drops, following a broken rig on day 2 of the regatta.

I will be covering the final three races live on my social media channels,

, or

There are also interviews with Hiroki Goto, Japanese boat of the day and regatta Chairman, and two seconds of fame with Ben “Patonator” Paton who had a second today.

Stay tuned to the end of the video for a time lapse of the launching today…

For more adventures head to I can’t wait to see how this regatta unfolds!
