Lucky 13!

So many adventures, and the weekend is just not enough time to squeeze them all in!
Show number thirteen already, I can’t believe how fast Sunset Radio has progressed.
I’m so grateful for how well Sunset Media has taken off, all the new clients, and of course to all of you adventurers out there who are listening in to my adventures.
Anyways, for the weekly updates!
This week I wore pink for the show to support for Stace Jackson, who is part of the bow team for Team SCA, the all-female Volvo Ocean Race team; they’re all such brilliant girls. It is less than 100 days until the race kicks off and it was amazing to catch up on adventures she has had in her time so far with the team. We also chatted about how she’s feeling with regards to the big race, and all the prep she and her team and putting in already.
I also had to take the opportunity to play a clip from Match Cup Sweden 2009, five years to the day from when I managed to take out the event with Katie Spithill on the helm, and Stacey Jackson (who we spoke to on the show) on the bow, as well as Sam Boyd, Olivia Price (silver at London 2012) and Jess Eastwell.
Great to catch up with Australia’s newest World Champs, Jesse Dobie and Adrian Fawcett, who took out the F16 Worlds in Newport last week.
We managed to wake Jason Waterhouse up on the morning of his next regatta. He will be on the water with Lisa Darmanin on the Nacra this week, after wrapping up his first A Class regatta.
I added in at the end, as always, a few clips from my magical weekend on the water.
